I know that this is a lot of resources and there is so much information provided. It can be overwhelming, and I totally get that, I have been there! I am still there! I feel like the more you know the more overwhelming it becomes, because you realize how much you were lied to. And if you are anything like me, you believed the lies and for far too long! Waking up to all of these realizations is a lot to handle. Just try to go slow and let yourself process the information. Some of the videos and podcasts can get quite emotional and it can be difficult to listen to, but it really puts things into perspective.
